So I came to the decision that I needed to reinstall my system, so I carefully took everything and put it on an external hard drive.
Drivers? Check
Important Files? Check
Photos? Check
Videos? Check
Desktop themes? Check
Story files? Check
Alright, time to reinstall, go through the process, and begin formatting the different partitions, but when they were formatted they didn't become a single drive. And I realized the dumbass mistake. See I didn't figure that the external hardrive would be accessed without windows being loaded, after all the drivers for the USB ports had not been loaded. But some how it was still listed there and thus had been formatted as well.
So all the data I had carefully attempted to save was wiped clean. And now I can't even seem to access the drive at all to even put information back ON the drive. So I am going to be taking it by Best Buy to see if they can tell me what I need to do, to at least make the drive USABLE again.
As it is I think everything is permanently lost, which rather pisses me off. Which is what I get for doing such a task while distracted and not giving it my full attention.
As for the baby update, she is still gassy. If anything, cutting dairy out of my diet only made the situation worse and she and I only got MORE gassy in the four days I avoided the substance. Another possibility was brought to my attention, and that is to reduce my diet down to the very basic and most bland. Rice, bread, and the flavorless. See if that gets rid of the gas, if it does then begin slowly adding foods back into the diet. This is actually going to take some preparation, I don't have a lot of option in bland foods and I'll have to see what all falls into that designation. Rice and toast aren't a lot to go on and I'll need more than that for the four days I'm not adding in other foods.
Little T has also appeared to be constipated, which could be her simply trying to push the gas out, since every diaper always has a little bit of mess and at least one a day is a big messy diaper. So in addition to taking things out of my diet, I am also trying to get back to eating healthy again. Fruits, greens, and ruffage.
I'll keep you updated.
